My Collection of Alice in Wonderland Books

It's no secret that I am a huge Disney nerd (Disnerd?) and love to read classics now and then, so naturally I have a particular obsession fondness for Alice in Wonderland. I've loved the Walt Disney animated film ever since I was just a mini Taryn, but have only recently read the story that started it all. As a result, I've slowly begun to accumulate various editions (they're all just so pretty *-*) over these past several months.

Outfit: Entomologist

 Bugs! Bugs everywhere! Summer has arrived, and it has brought with it an array of creepy crawlies. I'd always been fascinated insects (but not spiders) as a kid, and still am...just so long as they're outside and don't bite. This bug print blouse made for such a whimsical and quirky addition to my closet, I'm excited to get to show it off!

Outfit: Sailorette

If it keeps raining like it has been, I'm gonna need a real sailboat soon! While the frequent rain has made the landscapes a bit greener, it made it a bit of a challenge to find a nice dry spot on this path to take pictures. This little area is near the local fishing pond, and turned out to be a great location for photos! I expect to go back sometime for future posts.

Outfit: Lost Track of Time

I fell in love with the way this dress has an a bit of an Alice in Wonderland feel, with it's whimsical clocks and bright colors. So this week's outfit post is all about CLOCKS, apparently! And I took the opportunity to show off my new rabbit ring from Good After Nine, to add to the Alice in Wonderland vibe.
